The institute was opened in 2011. It has students from over 20 countries. Education is individual in nature – every year the university recruits only 30 students. Students under the guidance of teachers work on specific projects.

- Architecture: undergraduate
- Architecture and Urbanism: Master’s Degree
The Institute almost completely pays for the education of 5 talented students (they pay only 10% of the cost of education).
The tuition fee is 90,000 CZK / 3,600 EUR per semester.
