Topic: Acquaintance
- Learn to greet, say goodbye, find out how you are, tell about yourself and others.
- Learn to read and write in German in your first lesson.
- Learn to count up to 100.
- Learn the word order in German.
- Learn some rules of etiquette and the fact that in Germany there are not only «Guten Tag» and «Auf Wiedersehen» for greeting and farewell.
- You will discover that you know quite a lot of German words.
Topic: Me and my family. Our hobbies
- Learn to use possessive pronouns, talk about your family members and their favorite activities, create your family tree.
- Learn the names of professions in German.
- Learn to use articles.
- Talk about family ties of famous people, and find out that family ties in Germany are not as confusing as in Russia.
Topic: People and houses
- Learn to talk about your home, compare; communicate your wants and needs in the singular and plural, use «long» nouns.
- Talk and compare how and where people live in different German-speaking countries.
Topic: At the same place, at the same hour: meetings and agreements
- Learn how to find out what time it is and report it, talk about your daily routine and plans for the week, make appointments, apologize for what you said.
- Talk about punctuality, working hours and the favorite pastime of the Germans after work.

- Learn to describe the way to a place, ask how to get somewhere.
- Learn to «move» around the city on various modes of transport, follow the rules. Ask and tell how to get somewhere, talk about the sights of your city, write a postcard from a trip.
- «Let’s make excursions»: the most popular sights around German cities.
Topic: About daily bread
- Learn how to buy, ask for the price, have a dialogue in a store, understand and write a recipe for your favorite dish, order and pay for food in a cafe and restaurant.
- Talk about the most popular dishes in German-speaking countries, about food preferences, find out if you need to leave a tip and how much.
